Justin Ryan Pyykola

October 12, 1979 – September 5, 2000

Justin Ryan Pyykola was 5 weeks shy of his 21st birthday when he was killed riding his motorcycle. Riding his motorcycle was one of Justin’s greatest passions. The quilt square has the tattoo I had put on my back in tribute to our son. He is our angel in heaven, where he is riding his motorcycle in the clouds. Justin believed in living life to the fullest. He was always there for his family and friends but also for anyone else who needed help even if he didn’t know that person. It was an easy decision to make donating Justin’s organs because he was so giving in life, why not death? Justin helped 7 people live a happier and healthier life by giving them his gift of life. Losing Justin is with us each and every day, and he is missed so much, but is helps knowing there is still part of him living. He’ll be in our hearts and thoughts forever and someday we will be with him again.
