This is a picture taken of the message board at the Metrodome when Ray sang “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” with TC, the Twins Mascot, on September 24, 2003. Ray was a beloved vendor for the Twins, Vikings, Saints, the Wild, and the high school tournaments. He loved serving the sports fans and the sports fans loved him.
Ray is the “V for Vendor” in the Minnesota Twins Wives Organization’s fundraiser book, “Minnesota Twins from A to Z”. Ray was married 10 days short of 52 years of age. He is the father of seven, grandfather of 14, and great-grandfather of one. Ray was a warm, loving, giving man to the end of this life, and will be lovingly remembered by many.
