Talking About Organ, Eye and Tissue Donation with Black Nurses Rock and LifeSource

Even nurses have questions about eye, organ and tissue donation. So we sat down with a member of Black Nurses Rock – Twin Cities to answer common questions.

LifeSource is committed to building trust and creating transparency about the donation process. We were excited to have Black Nurses Rock – Twin Cities take the time to ask questions about donation, LifeSource’s part in the process and our care for donors and their families.

Part A- Darcy, an RN in the Twin Cities and member of Black Nurses Rock, interviews Erica, a Family Support Coordinator at LifeSource.  

Part B- Listen to a simulated conversation between a Family Support Coordinator (Erica) and a family that has been told their loved one has the opportunity to become a donor (played by actors).
