Kyle Gasteyer

September 21, 1987 – November 23, 2011

This quilt block in memory of Kyle J. Gasteyer (son, brother, boyfriend, friend and best friend) is based on a memory tile that was created in Kyle’s memory. The block is surrounded by blue his favorite color. Kyle was a loving son and brother, boyfriend, and friends to many. We loved his blue eyes, bright smile, and his giggle. Kyle was known for his ability to think mechanically, create quick wit, and his love for country living.

There was no question Kyle wanted to be an organ donor. He saved four lives that Thanksgiving Day (2011) and helped others with eye and tissue donations. We miss him so and are proud of the choice he made.
