Taylor Horner
Providing Support and Care to Families Undergoing Trauma
My job is to support and provide information to families whose loved ones have checked the box through the donation process. For families with loved ones who have not checked the box, my role is to provide them with information and support to allow them to make an informed decision regarding donation for their loved one.
Prior to joining LifeSource, I worked to help our government create plans for public health emergencies and disasters, as a social work professional with the Akimel O’odham and Pee-Posh tribes, and as a crisis response professional for the Tempe fire department.
I work at LifeSource because one of my passions is providing support and care to families undergoing traumatic stress. I do this work because in our darkest hours, having a beacon in the darkness and trusting source for information is critical to our ability to heal and be whole following loss and trauma.
