I am responsible for writing the outcome letters for our donor families. The letters provide information on the gifts their loved one was able to donate.

Prior to LifeSource, I worked in direct marketing; most recently, I was in Sales/Account Management and did a lot of project management.

I believe the outcome letters are sometimes the silver lining for our donor families. They provide hope that their tragic circumstances led to someone else receiving the gift of life. I’m honored to read their stories and write the letters.
