I am a human resource generalist with a focus on benefits, safety and talent acquisition. I would say that my role supports all of our departments with many different aspects of human resources to fulfill the mission, vision and values of the organization.

I have been and HR practitioner for about 15 years now, with experience in onboarding, talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations and benefits just to name a few areas. All of my experience has come in the for-profit arena, so this is my first position with a non-profit organization. I have wanted to work for a non-profit for the last 10 years or so and feel truly fortunate to come into my role with LifeSource.

I love coming to work every day knowing that I am working within an organization that is mission driven, and I get to see the results of that mission. I know that my role is to help others in the organization succeed and then in turn helping the organization succeed. It fills me with a great sense of pride to know that the organization that I work for is helping others and making a difference.
