As Clinical Director, I am responsible for the clinical operations within the Donor Services Center and Tissue Recovery. I am fortunate to lead a team of amazing individuals who are fully focused and dedicated to organ, tissue and eye donation. 

I joined LifeSource after serving as the VP of Tissue Services at Donor Network West in California where I led both the tissue services team and the donor services center. I have been in the donation and transplant field for over 20 years and held roles that included family conversations, tissue and eye recovery to account manager with CryoLife and Promathera. My background is a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri. 

I am constantly inspired by donor families who during their profound grief make a lifesaving decision for their loved one regarding organ, tissue and eye donation. I am equally as inspired by organ, tissue and eye donors who choose to carry out their legacy by saying yes to save the life of another. It is a tremendous opportunity to serve in this role and to be inspired by such amazing people.
