Angie Deml

Donation is a team effort. 

I build relationships between LifeSource and the Allina hospital system. I collaborate with the hospital teams to improve processes, provide data and feedback, and provide education on the donation process to the hospital teams. I am their resource for all things related to organ, tissue and eye donation. 

Prior to joining LifeSource, I worked as an RN, house supervisor over a multitude of departments. I oversaw the daily operations, collaborated with multiple hospital teams, and coordinated the cares of patients including transportation to a higher level of care. I loved seeing the bigger picture and carrying out the details on a daily basis. 

I am proud to work for LifeSource who stands on a solid mission and working with an amazing team who carries out those values daily. I love developing relationships and improving existing relationships. I love collaborating with multiple teams with a common goal and then seeing our ideas come together to develop a plan. Being a part of something so impactful that affects so many lives is why I love this job.
