Dave had a big heart and a passion for life. He was fun to have around and a joy to be around. The 14 items listed inside the heart were important to and part of Dave’s life including 2 items for each of the 7 people who benefited from his organ and tissue donations.

He was a casual, flannel-shirt kind of guy and the flannel fabric background was contributed by Dave’s mom. He was loved by many and is missed by all who knew him. May this quilt square honor Dave’s memory and gently encourage more people to consider organ donation.
