Tom Meckler

Tom devoted his life to serving others. He was a Vietnam veteran and had a law enforcement career of more than 40 years. An inspiration to all who met him, he was loved and respected for his sense of humor, warm and kind nature, thoughtfulness and generosity. He was actively involved with his Shrine unit and a huge supporter of his state football team, enjoying tailgating and the fellowship of his buddies. He loved to cruise in his vintage red Corvette and enjoyed reading. Following his retirement, Tom and Kathleen moved to the country to raise horses, play with their St. Bernard dogs, cats and other critters. Tom would be most proud that he could continue to help others through his donation. His spirit lives on!
