LifeSource is excited to share another workshop opportunity for donor families!
Please join us at LifeSource on Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CST for an in-person workshop: “A Day of Remembrance for Children and their Families.”
A Day of Remembrance for Children and their Families
We invite you to spend a morning with other donor families who have children impacted by the loss of a loved one. This multi-generational event will engage participants in a variety of activities including art, show-and-tell, and circle time with others who are experiencing a similar loss. We will normalize the fluid emotions of grief, encourage connection, and honor the lives of the special people we are remembering. This Special Workshop is intended for children ranging in ages 5-13 and is intentionally mixed age. Activities can be scaled to the child’s developmental stage and all children will be invited to have a voice in the circle.
Please note, children attending this Workshop must be accompanied by an adult.
An email will be sent prior to the event with more information about attending the Workshop for those who register.
Space is limited to 20 families.

About Tisha Moore
Tisha Moore has been a LifeSource team member for two years and previously worked at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Divinity from Meadville Lombard Theological School. She is a board-certified chaplain with experience providing care in multicultural and multifaith settings. She is passionate about lifting up the strengths and wisdom of young people and building resilience across the lifespan.
