Connection to donation/transplantation
I received a liver transplant in 2001 and a kidney transplant in 2013 from my son, Jason, who was my donor and is part of Team MN-DAK! Both transplants took place at the University of Minnesota. 

Competitions/Events at the 2024 Transplant Games of America 
I will be competing in bowling singles, bowling doubles and darts. 

How many Transplant Games have you attended?
I have been to the Transplant Games in 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2016, 2018 and 2022.  

Why do you participate in the Transplant Games?
I absolutely love the Transplant Games because it is a chance to share the love and experience I have been given by receiving these organs. It is a very thankful group of people who so appreciate the second chance of life and realize how fortunate we are.

One thing you want others to know about donation
There really are not enough words to explain how important and needed donations are. Donation saves lives, heals lives and the doctors make it as easy as they can for both parties. Kidneys are needed so badly, and you can function with one as well as you can with two. PLEASE DONATE❤️.
