As a Family Support Coordinator (FSC), it is my role to assist families make the decision to honor their loved ones decision to donate or to assist and support them in making the life saving decision to consider donation, if their family had not considered this.

Prior to joining the LifeSource team, I worked as a Grief Specialist at a local Hospice for the past 20 yrs. As a social worker, assisting families has always been a passion of mine. The FSC role fits in my desire to help families make sense of a tragic and life-changing situation they are facing.

I love people. We are all faced with difficult situations, and if my presence and knowledge can help them make sense and find some peace with it, then I have made a difference. Life can be so hard, but there is beauty in most every situation if we can allow our self to process and consider these things. Helping people with hard things brings me comfort and joy!
