Lariss Maldonado

As General Counsel, I am the primary legal advisor to LifeSource, responsible for strategic legal advice, managing risk, overseeing compliance with laws and regulations, reviewing contracts, and representing LifeSource in investigations and disputes.

Before joining LifeSource, I was an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Wells Fargo, where I led a team responsible for the legal review of enterprise wide policies, collaborating across the legal department to provide subject matter expertise. I began my legal career at Faegre Baker Daniels, where I focused on product liability, mass tort, and business litigation while continuing to work in the public policy space. After gaining experience at United Healthcare working on investigations in the highly regulated insurance industry, I grew my practice to government investigations at Stinson, LLP.
